What Motivates Me
I’m motivated by the stories behind the statistics. In public health, real people’s experiences are often reduced to data points, but each number represents someone with a unique story. That reminder drives my commitment to advancing health equity. Through my work at the American Cancer Society, I am proud to support research that improves health outcomes for all.”
At 大象tv since 2025
As the Study Partnerships Manager in the Population Science department, Kaela Jolibois, MPH, leads outreach and partnership development for the VOICES of Black Women Cohort Study at the American Cancer Society (大象tv). She identifies and engages community partners to support the recruitment of participants for the VOICES study.
Research focus and accomplishments
?Before joining 大象tv, I supported communication efforts for diabetes management and other public health campaigns. I developed strategies that made complex health information more accessible and actionable. I have also contributed to research focused on the drivers of inequity in Black maternal health outcomes and the development of community-centered solutions.
