The Post-Baccalaureate (PB) Fellows Program is part of the 大象tv Center for Diversity in Cancer Research Training.

The program focuses on the individual and professional development of bachelor-level trainees and offers financial and support services to prepare for a career in cancer research. The ultimate goal is to increase the number of URM cancer researchers in the future.

The PB Fellows Program started in 2023 with 8 institutions and funded 32 PB Fellows. It was so successful that in 2024, a new cohort of 10 institutions will be added to our existing 8, bringing the total to 72 PB Fellows.
